It is good to buy organic food because you receive many needed nutrients for your body by eating a fresh locally grown fruit or vegetable. Instead of food that has been shipped across the world in a freezer. Also organic food usually tastes better. Organic food also slay are not sprayed with pestides, so by eating organic foods you won’t expose yourself to harmful chemicals.
Is it okay to buy frozen food?
Yes it is okay to buy frozen vegetables. This is because when vegetables are picked at the peak of growing and immediately frozen it locks in the nutrients. Whereas eating a vegetable that has been picked and sitting in a basket for weeks before eating, loses its notional value over time.
Where is a good grocery store that sells Organic food?
Whole Foods or Trader Joes are two very popular grocery Stores, when it comes to buying organic food. They Support Organic food and have easy labels around there store libeling organic or non organic.
